1848 Generation 4 Shiraz, Galil Isreal is deep purple with roasted coffee aromas, eucalyptus, blackcurrant, raspberry, with a touch of vanilla. It is full bodied with a long finish.
The grapes are carefully selected and undergo a gentle pressing to maintain the aromatic characters, the fermentation last about ten days, each grape variety is fermented separately in a stainless steel tanks under controlled temperature. After the fermentation process, the wine is matured for 24 months in barrels. the wine is then carefully blended to create fruit driven and complex and well structured and balanced wine..
