Champagne Brut Privilège alone has won several awards in the last 10 years. Champagne ROSÉ BRUT is made by blending of 70% Pinot Noir and 30% Chardonnay. The grapes are carefully selected and undergo a gentle pressing to maintain the aromatic characters. The wine is then fermented in a stainless steel tanks under controlled temperature for the first fermentation. The second fermentation occurs in the bottle and sealed with a bottle cap and kept in a cellar for slowly fermentation and increase the alcohol and generation natural occurring carbon dioxide. this Brut Rosé is aged for two to three years in the cellar, the disgorging process wa completed several months before the champagne is commercialised this ensure the stability of champagne.
