Maison BAUDRY is a member of TERRA VITIS” which is a national associations of winegrowers from with aim to set up an integrated form of production combining organic agriculture and traditional agriculture, with intention to produce high quality grapes which express the terroir and the know-how of wine growers in environmentally friendly winemaking techniques.

Champagne Baudry Cuvée Brut Privilège 230 ans is made by blending of 70% Pinot Noir and 30% Chardonnay.
The grapes are carefully selected and undergo a gentle pressing to maintain the aromatic characters. The wine is then fermented in a stainless steel tanks under controlled temperature for the first fermentation.
The second fermentation occurs in the bottle and sealed with a bottle cap and kept in a cellar for slowly fermentation and increase the alcohol and generation natural occurring carbon dioxide.
Champagne Baudry Cuvée Brut Privilège 230 ans is aged for two to three years in the cellar, the disgorging process wa completed several months before the champagne is commercialised this ensure the stability of champagne.
