Dalton Estate, Chardonnay, Israel, is a fruity wine with well-balanced acidity, bursting with citrus and tropical fruit flavours. Predominantly peaches, apricots and a little melon, this wine offers a new and exciting characteristics of Chardonnay from Israel.
Dalton estate in located in the heart of the Galilee, was founded in 1995 by father and son Mat and Alex Haruni. Dalton Winery has always aimed to excel in the wine scene. This as possible for the fact that the vineyards were planted in a region with potential for production of high quality wines alongside an experienced and knowledgeable team of winemakers.
Dalton estate has certainly contributed to put the Israel wines in the world wine map, for quality wines, creating high demand for Israeli fine wines.

The grapes are carefully selected and undergo a gentle pressing to maintain the aromatic characters, the must was chilled immediately after pressing this help the must to settle its flavours and aromas. The wine is then fermented in a stainless steel tanks under controlled temperature between 12 – 14ºC . After the fermentation process, the wine was kept
in stainless steel tanks and for added complexity, the wine was matured on its lees for about a month after fermentation, under constant monitoring to ensure the wine maintain its freshness fruit driven and complexity.
