Dalton Reserve Shiraz, Galil, Israel, was made from top quality grapes from the Galil region. This Beautifull deep violet aromas of ripe black fruit, dark cherries, blackberries with hints of black pepper. Full bodied wine with a creamy texture and persistent, spicy finish.

Dalton estate in located in the heart of the Galil, was founded in 1995 by father and son Mat and Alex Haruni. Dalton Winery has always aimed to excel in the wine scene. This as possible for the fact that the vineyards were planted in a region with potential for production of high quality wines alongside an experienced and knowledgeable team of winemakers.

Dalton estate has certainly contributed to put the Israel wines in the  world wine map, for quality wines, creating high demand for Israeli fine wines.

For Dalton Estate, quality and sustainability are paramount. The estate has pays great attention to vineyard management to reduce and potential environment impact. only sustainable techniques and methods that are used throughout the vineyards, in return this would minimize any unnecessary intervention during the winemaking processes, and to enhance the wines are  full og character, fruit driven, well structured and balanced.

Dalton Reserve Shiraz, Galil, Israel winemaking process, is to ensure minimal unnecessary  intervention as possible. This wine is made with classic Shiraz style in mind.

The grapes are carefully selected and  undergo a gentle pressing to maintain the aromatic characters, the fermentation last about ten days, each grape variety is fermented separately in a stainless steel tanks under controlled temperature. After the fermentation process, the wine is transferred in to a French oak barrels for fourteen months the wine is then carefully blended to maintain its freshness fruit driven and complexity. All Dalton wines are strictly Kosher Le Mehadrin and Kosher for Passover.
