Prosecco Millesimato DOC, Mabis Biscardo Italy, is a  beautiful fresh and delicate vintage sparkling  wine with an intense with flavours of apple and honeysuckle. This Prosecco is elegant, smooth and velvety. The aromas follows through the palate, with a harmonious creamy mousse and a crisp finish.

This is a fine vintage Prosecco made from Glera, it is mostly planted in the extreme eastern part of the Verona province, where it is most suited to the climate and soil conditions to express itself to its full potential.

It was made with quality over quantity in mind. It has a fantastic structure and it is very well balanced, crisp and delicate, with sweet after taste which makes this wine perfect summer drink. Unlike other, undoubtedly this is  one of the best glasses of Prosecco rosé we’ve had taste at this price point.  We certainly recommend this wine.

The grapes are handpicked, To maintain the quality of the grapes, as soon it is harvested it is taken to the cellar to be processed.

The grapes are carefully selected and goes through a  destalking and soft pressing process at controlled temperature to maintain the aromatic characters. The wine is then fermented in a stainless steel tanks under controlled temperature.

Prosecco Millesimato DOC, Mabis Biscardo has a golden and brilliant colour. luscious display of  elegant red fruit aromas. Well balanced acidity, with fresh and gentle bubbles with persistent long finish.

Elegant, delicate and aromatic Prosecco with hints of apples and honeysuckle. Easi drinking wine!

Excellent as aperitif, perfect with appetizer but also ideal accompaniment for the entire meal, particularly with fish courses.

This Prosecco is delicious on its own, it is incredibly versatile when it comes to food pairings. it would be a perfect match for roasted chicken, salmon, and canapés.
