Santa Macarena  is a sign of simply one of the best examples of Pinot Noir from the region. well maintained vineyards grown in the Leyda region  five kilometres from the ocean.  so close you can smell it, crafted into a unique expression of the enigmatic Pinot Noir that clearly demonstrates the real quality that lives in this land.

Casablanca is famously known for its cool climate, making it of the premium region for high quality Sauvignon Blanc, chardonnay and Pinot Noir. Los Espinos wines are lively, expressive fruity and expressive wines that reflect perfectly the region terroir.

The cooler climate in Casablanca has predominantly enhanced the notoriety white wines, leading to great innovation and experiments from skilled winemakers in the region.  However  more recently there also some great quality red wines.

The cooling influences and diurnal temperature difference enable the  slow ripening of the grapes so that the grapes develop maximum flavour and complexity.

The grapes are carefully selected and undergo a gentle pressing to maintain the aromatic characters. The wine is then fermented in a stainless steel tanks under controlled temperature around 25ºC . After the  fermentation process, Aging in tank with oak to add complexity and oaky character to final wines. Final wines have a deep red- purple colour with delicate sweet red fruit flavours and aromas. It constantly monitored to ensure the wine maintain its freshness fruit driven and complexity.
