Pinot Grigio Rosé, Umbrele, Cramele Recas, is crefully made by the experienced winemaker Philip Cox and his Romanian wife Elvira, own Cramele Recas Estate they have put in a enormous amount of work in transforming the estate with aim to produce quality wines with unique characteristics.
The winery has gone through a modernization process. they have set the bar high with the end goal of creating top quality wines. they have an open mind approach winemaking philosophy and constantly challenge themselves push innovations to the next level.

Viticulture
The production process for of all the wines from vineyard to bottle with is overseen by an Australian winemaker Hartley Smithers, and the Spanish winemaker Nora Iriate, both winemakers have a substantial experience from making wines in the more exciting wine regions in the world. Winemaking
Preserving the characteristics of the grapes and soil are paramount. the grapes are gently destemmed and crushed, subsequently the juicy is fermented in stainless steel tanks with , automatic temperature control, to ensure the fermentation process occurs smoothly and the wine develops all desired aromas and flavours. Environmentally friendly methods are used.
