Levant Judean Hills Argaman, Segal Israel, was made from top quality grapes from the judean region. This Beautifull deep violet aromas of ripe black fruit, dark cherries, blackberries with hints of black pepper. Full bodied wine with a creamy texture and persistent, spicy finish.
This as possible for the fact that the vineyards were planted in a region with potential for production of high quality wines alongside an experienced and knowledgeable team of winemakers.

Levant Judean Hills Argaman, Segal 2020 vintage commenced with a wet and cold winter with snow in the high peaks of the Judean Hills, Jerusalem and Upper Galilee, which ensured that the vines went into full dormancy. Temperatures in spring and early summer were significantly above average, with some of the highest recorded temperatures in Israel since the 1950’s. Despite these spikes, the 2020 vintage is very promising both in terms of yields and quality.
The grapes are carefully selected and undergo a gentle pressing to maintain the aromatic characters, the fermentation last about ten days, each grape variety is fermented separately in a stainless steel tanks under controlled temperature. After the fermentation process, the wine is transferred in to a French oak barrels for fourteen months the wine is then carefully blended to maintain its freshness fruit driven and complexity. Kosher and Kosher for Passover.
