Los Espinos Merlot, is an easy-drinking wine from Chile’s renowned Valle Central Region,
Vale Central growing season consist of sunny days and low nocturnal temperatures which creates the best condition required for the grapes to develop fresh fruit flavours, balanced acidity, and complex compound phenolics.

The grapes are carefully selected and undergo a gentle pressing to maintain the aromatic characters. The wine is then fermented in a stainless steel tanks under controlled temperature around 25ºC . After the fermentation process, Aging in tank with oak to add complexity and oaky character to final wines. Final wines have a deep red- purple colour with delicate sweet red fruit flavours and aromas. It constantly monitored to ensure the wine maintain its freshness fruit driven and complexity.
