Description
This Organic Cabernet Sauvignon from Dalton, single vineyard used grapes from vineyards planted in one of the highest regions in Israel, around 800 meters above sea level. The combination of the soils in the region, offers a perfect terroir. the vines are exposed to sunlight almost throughout of the year. Hence the rich and intense fruit aromas, colours, flavours, which forms the foundation to create a perfect and unique wines.
Dalton Cabernet Sauvignon was made from organic vines, this wine is fermented in stainless steel tanks and aged for 18 months in French oak barrels, to add complexity and structure to the wine
