Monopolio Merlot – Cantina di Gambellara Italy, comes from the vineyards with a south-westerly exposure and soils here are calcareous and of volcanic origin. The vines are trained using the Guyot system. followed by a  soft pressing and fermentation with maceration for 15 days to obtain the right colour intensity.

Use of selected yeasts and fermentation at controlled temperature below 28 ° C. Storage in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperature below 20 ° C to protect the wine with nitrogen to avoid the oxidative effect of the air. Ageing in steel for at least 6 months before bottling.

Monopolio Merlot – Cantina di Gambellara Italy, is a bright ruby red in colour, opening with an elegant and complex nose of ripe red berries. On the palate, it is velvety, round and full-bodied.

This wines is a great accompaniment for duck, lamb shank, and game meat dishes. it is also a perfect on its own.
